Can anyone tell me what this means.. My friend who says he has a fresh install of CSS on his PC is getting this error on joining our server with Detox installed.

Try setting host_framerate to 0 in the console by typing host_framerate 0. This isn't the most ideal solution, however, we will be resolving this soon.
This was originally implemented to prevent some speedhacks from working that relied on this particular console variable, but is no longer needed with our new anti-speedhack technology. I am not sure why his fresh install would have this value, but I do know that this variable is used to speed up playback of demo recordings.
I too am getting this framerate problem.
There's a CS server that I go to all the time.. I have never hacked/cheated and I have never had a problem with this server.
All of the sudden, I go to play some CS today and randomly get this "host_framerate" message that says I'm banned.. and it pops up everytime I try to enter this server. It's really ticking me off, is there a fix to this?
