We have considered this many many times, and still have not made up our minds on the matter.

What I personally do not understand is why leagues do not allow for Metamod:Source, as all of the arguments that I have seen against it are completely invalid. The only reasonable argument I can think of is that administrative plugins are commonly used on Metamod:Source, but this also is not valid because you can use administrative plugins without Metamod:Source...

Anyways, I see why you are suggesting this, but until we understand why leagues feel this way, it is unlikely that this would happen in the near future. What would be great is if some league admins could give some input.
