Banned, don't know what for...

CSS always tells me one this one server "detox violation" from what I've learned, it means I'm banned. I havent cheated, or done any thing offensive beside playing the game (which could be offensive to some people). I'm not the best at CSS and just recently I was playing with a bunch of easy-to-kill (dont want to say noobs here) players. I nearly won the game, and think that other players thought i cheated. Hence the banning. How do i fix this?
